An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring high standards across safety, quality, and efficiency. You will play a key role in the daily operations, working closely with both frontline staff and management to deliver consistent results and continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday AM (06:00-14:00), Monday to Friday PM (14:00-22:00)

The Job you will do:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve operational targets.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.
  • Conduct routine equipment and machinery checks to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and implement improvements in production processes.
  • Monitor and report production output, maintaining accurate records and addressing any variances.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment is essential (food or FMCG desirable).
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Confident communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.
