Job Description MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Houghton-le-Spring area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position in production and assembly. Assemble electronic circuit boards and perform soldering tasks in line with production drawings Inspect and test PCB assemblies and final products to ensure they meet quality standards Carry out final system assembly, including cabling, chassis build, and packaging in a clean environment Accurately pack finished units, prepare for dispatch, and support stock management Ideally, possess experience in an SMT facility or manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks. Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills. Opportunities for skill development through on-the-job training and continuous support. Onsite parking Ongoing position with opportunities to become a permanent employee 08:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday 13.10 per hour (Day Shift) £15.46 per hour (Back Shift) £16.64 per hour (Night Shift)
