Our client is a market leading manufacturing company due to a sustained period of growth they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter.

The Role

  • Will initially be on a six month contract with potential to be made permanent thereafter.
  • To work on planned and breakdown maintenance on a range of machinery associated with production.
  • Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown work on production equipment.
  • To diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
  • To minimise any down time to production.
  • Working day shift system.

  • You will ideally be time served.
  • Multi Skilled with a mechanical bias.
  • Logical problem solver with excellent fault-finding abilities.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
  • Have knowledge of manufacturing.
