Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now looking to strengthen our industrial recruitment team and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to support, develop and grow relationships with a range of industrial clients throughout the region. Develop a strong understanding of the clients recruitment briefs, to ensure a robust recruitment process is implemented. Support the recruitment teams in a range of search assignments to identify the best talent for a range of job vacancies. Ensure you provide high-level candidate care, as you take them through the recruitment process. Complete a range of telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure your clients receive the best candidates on the market. Support in the analysis of data. Complete a range of recruitment admin duties. Ensure all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system. Organise new starter inductions and training. Possess a strong desire to forge a career in the recruitment industry. Previous sales, office or customer service experience would be ideal though not essential. A clean driver's licence and access to your own vehicle. As part of your role, you will be supporting recruiters who represent a number of the regions leading multi-national and SME manufacturing and engineering companies. You will receive full training and continuous development to ensure you are fully supported at all times. The role will provide you with the ideal training ground to progress within the recruitment industry.
