MTrecs new career opportunity Our client are market leaders in their industry sector, they are looking to recruit a Quality Engineer on a permanent basis. Represent the QA department within new model project teams, working closely with other team functions, suppliers and customers. Coordinate new model metrology responsibilities, to ensure all inspection standard and key feature requirements are completed in line with APQP/Project Milestone expectations. Support the new launch related activities, such as SOP ramp up quality planning, Gate review Management, Quality Functional Reviews, etc. Support Quick Response Quality Circle activities in relation to internal and Customer quality issues. Undertake additional duties as requested by the Senior Quality Engineer. Experience working within a similar role, gained in a fast moving, automotive manufacturing environment. 5 years high volume manufacturing experience, preferably including interior parts and associated assembly. Excellent understanding of metrology, including CMM, gauge development and implementation in a production environment. Good IT skills with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
