The Job You’ll Do:

  • Design, development, and testing of electronic components, inverters, and instrumentation
  • Supporting the testing of products to ensure they meet all of the regulatory requirements needed for certification
  • Read, understand, keep updated on all relevant regulatory industry standards
  • Working in collaboration with other engineering teams (design, testing, quality, Sales etc.)
  • Debug electronic circuits, components and PCB assemblies for new product development and relevant projects.
  • Design, setup and run tests to ensure the design meets specifications.
  • Maintain up to date records and documentation
  • Work within a small engineering teams to complete assigned objectives.
  • Be the key interface for overall hardware systems concerns or queries
  • Work with Engineering to improve product functionality

About You:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferably with bias towards Power Electronics).
  • Experience in a similar role within the Electronics industry
  • Practical and technical competency
  • Experience of working with power electronic systems
  • Experience liaising with clients and acting as a key interface and technical expert
  • Willingness to travel if required
  • PC literate with experience in MS Office and databases (good and thorough documentation skills)
