You will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic company, with an excellent team-based culture and huge opportunities to progress your career. Our client is a well-established player in their specialist sector in the North East and supplies its quality products and services nationally. The Job You’ll Do:
- Fit electrical components and electrical wiring.
- Working from schematics and drawings.
- Fit, wire, build and assemble power distribution units.
- Using hand tools and power tools.
- Panel testing and inspections to ensure compliance with manufacturing industry standards.
- Working closely with the production teams.
- Adhere to risk assessments, method statements, and company safety procedures.
- Dealing with high and low volume wiring assemblies.
- Fault finding and repair.
About You:
- Experience working with Single & Three Phase systems.
- Previous panel wiring/electrical fitting or testing experience.
- Hold an 18th Edition certification.
- Hold a recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, C&G 2391, HNC etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Previous use and experience with hand & power tools.
- Able to understand electrical drawings.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and an understanding of verbal and written English.
- Excellent attendance levels and attitude.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
