Due to continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our industrial recruitment team by recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow relationships with a range of industrial clients throughout the region. Your main duties will include:

  • Developing a strong understanding of clients' recruitment briefs to implement a robust recruitment process.
  • Supporting recruitment teams in search assignments to identify the best talent for various job vacancies.
  • Providing high-level candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
  • Completing telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure clients receive the best candidates.
  • Collating KPI information for weekly reporting.
  • Supporting data analysis.
  • Completing recruitment admin duties.
  • Accurately recording client information onto the company database system.
  • Organising new starter inductions and training.
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times.

About you:

  • Possess a strong desire to forge a career in the recruitment industry.
  • Previous sales, office, or customer service experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Motivated by achievement, results, progression, self-improvement, growth, and positivity.
  • A naturally solutions-oriented person with drive, tenacity, and a strong work ethic.
  • A polished and clear communicator.
  • A clean driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
