The Role you will be doing; Scheduling trucks and drivers to fulfil the requirements of all operating departments Being proactive in seeking backloads to ensure empty return journeys are at an absolute minimum Developing operational improvements, focusing on cost reductions and customer satisfaction Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal customers Liaising with Department Managers and Co-ordinators Knowledge of operating costs to enable accurate pricing to our customers Ensuring compliance with Company CPC terms Recognising opportunities for service level improvement and implementing.
