The job youll do: File, update, and audit safety documents and risk assessments.

Set up and monitor approved supplier and contractor databases.

Log accidents, hazards, and near-misses in QHSE software.

Compile statistical data for weekly or monthly KPIs.

Assist with setting up health and safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and new hire safety inductions.

Manage the ordering, distribution, and stock levels of PPE Help the QHSE team schedule internal and external audits.

Log Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up with departments on resolving quality issues.
