The Role:
- Operate timber production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, finish, and quality-check timber and pallet products to customer specifications.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, sorting, and stacking.
- Support routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
- Work to production schedules and output targets, meeting deadlines without compromising safety or quality.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and supervisors as required.
The Person:
