The Hours You’ll Work:
Monday to Sunday (07:00 am - 19:00 pm / 19:00 - 7:00 am)

Working for a world-renowned engineering company based in the Hartlepool area.
The Jobs You’ll Do:
- Daily meetings with the Team Leader or Supervisor to discuss workload.
- Help prioritise workloads within the Department/designated area.
- Operation of machinery, making adjustments to the setting where required.
- Overviewing machinery and making basic calculations throughout the day.
- Report all issues to maintenance and management.
- Carry out picking and packing duties when required, as set by the Team Leader.
- Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times.
- General housekeeping duties such as keeping your work station tidy.
- Heavy lifting throughout the role.
- Loading and unloading machines.
About You:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
- Confidence on the job and happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
- Previous experience of working within manufacturing; however, training can be given.
- Comfortable working individually and in a team.
- Must be comfortable working with computer systems during inductions and training; there will be limited usage during work assignment.
