The Jobs You’ll Do:
- Operation of a counter-balance for transporting products within the yard area
- Updating computer systems with stock inventory
- Transporting products within the designated area with a counter-balance forklift truck
- Loading and unloading wagons with a counter-balance forklift truck
- Manually lifting products and placing materials within the warehouse
- Scanning items in and out of the warehouse with stock control systems
- Driving between sites within the manufacturing area
The role is 80% stores based updating computer systems, and 20% forklift truck driving within the warehouse.
About You:
- Must have a valid forklift truck licence, counter balance
- Should be computer literate as the role will involve 80% computer based tasks
- Be able to work both individually and in a team
- Should be able to start almost immediately
- Comfortable working on a FLT but only 20% of the time of the role
