Our client is a market leading engineering company. To help maintain and grow their client base they are recruiting for an Operations Excellence Manager.

The Role

Will push operational excellence by implementing reporting systems, maintaining high quality data and acting as a key technical interface. The role will ensure that product implementations, documentation and issue resolution processes are consistent, efficient and aligned with business objectives. Under your remit will be team reporting and data integrity, technical support and issue management and product support.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
  • An understanding of engineering would be beneficial.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing.
