The Hours You’ll Work:
Our site operates a 24/7 operation, so will be 12 hour shifts, days/nights and weekends.
The Job You’ll Do:
- Competent in the operation of all relevant reactors, tanks, mixers, dryers, distillation units, control systems and all ancillary equipment relevant to the plant area.
- Competent in the manufacture of designated products in a safe, efficient manner.
- Understand and operate all instrumentation and services related to the plant area, including raw materials and immediate storage tanks.
- Maintain all areas to the required standards of house-keeping.
- Work as a team with colleagues and other shifts to ensure the relevant KPIs are met for the plant area.
- Conduct routine process checks; testing alarm, strainer checks, scrubber and process sampling.
- Observation and recording/controlling of key process parameters such as flow, temperature, pressure, weight.
- Accurately maintain full plant records and data sheets.
- Competent to safely operate a forklift truck, as required.
- Fill drums and IBCs from bulk or intermediate storage areas.
- Assist maintenance to clean and replace filter elements, unblock and rod out pipework as directed, inspect standard plant items and painting, as appropriate.
- Assist the maintenance team as required.
- Wear the appropriate PPE at all times.

- Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
- Previous experience of using mazatrol controls.
- Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
- Working either independently or within a team.
- Achieve team objectives.
- Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
- Physically fit as some products are heavy.
