Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now looking to strengthen our industrial recruitment team and are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to support, develop and grow relationships with a range of industrial clients throughout the region.
- Your main duties will include;
- Develop a strong understanding of the clients recruitment briefs, to ensure a robust recruitment process is implemented.
- Support the recruitment teams in a range of search assignments to identify the best talent for a range of job vacancies.
- Ensure you provide high-level candidate care, as you take them through the recruitment process.
- Complete a range of telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure your clients receive the best candidates on the market.
- Collate KPI information for weekly reporting.
- Support in the analysis of data.
- Complete a range of recruitment admin duties.
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system.
- Organise new starter inductions and training.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
About you;

- Previous sales, office or customer service experience would be ideal though not essential.
