The Hours You’ll Work
- Monday - Thursday: 06:00 am - 14:00 pm / Friday: 06:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Monday - Thursday: 14:00 pm - 22:00 pm / Friday: 12:00 pm - 18:00 pm
You must be able to work both shift rotations; there is no opportunity to work one of the rotations only.
The Pay You’ll Receive
£13.50 Per Hour
The Job You’ll Do
- Following standard operation procedure paperwork and following to exact specifications.
- Hand assembly of a variety of components.
- Working with a variety of small plastic components within a very sterile working environment.
- You will be trained on a variety of departments within your first 12 weeks training period.
- Quality inspection of a range of components.
- Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.
- Must be comfortable wearing a variety of PPE, including hairnets, gowns, beard snoods, and other associated PPE.
About You
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
- Confidence on the job and happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
- Must be comfortable working in a clean and sanitised working environment and wearing a variety of PPE.
- Good timekeeping and attendance standards are required for this role.
- Be happy to be trained by an experienced lead operator initially.
- The company is subject to random drugs and alcohol testing.
- Must be able to accept a permanent contract after successful completion of a 12-week probation period.
