MTrec Recruitment are proudly representing our highly established client on their search for an experienced Risk & Compliance Officer to join their team.
We are looking for a motivated and pragmatic Risk & Compliance Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover.
This is a varied role which combines regulatory support, risk management, governance and project delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of business-wide Risk & Compliance initiatives whilst also assisting with day-to-day compliance, risk and governance activities.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, the role will help ensure regulatory requirements are understood and embedded into business processes, support the delivery of key strategic projects, and contribute to maintaining a strong culture of compliance, customer focus and risk awareness.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a regulated environment who enjoys problem solving, improving processes and helping businesses implement practical, effective solutions.
