Our client are specialists in their industry, they are looking for a skilled CNC Miller who can program, set and operate.
This will be working a 2-week shift pattern, working compressed hours.
4 x 10-hour day shifts
Mon-Thurs
4 x 10-hour night shifts
Mon-Wed

The Job you’ll do
- Set, program, and operate.
- Ward Hyundai Wia KBN135-CL, 2m x 1.8m table.
- Travel 4m x 2m x 2m, 15 tonne table capacity.
- Fanuc CNC Control, 90° angled, orthogonal, and facing heads, B-axis table (0.001°), ATC.
- Hartford PBM135C boring and milling machine.
- 3000mm x 2000mm x 2000mm, 15 tonnes table loading.
- FANUC 31iMB CNC control system.
- This role suits an experience machinist looking for secure, good quality employment with good conditions.

About You
- Time-served (Machine Shop apprenticeship).
- Experience with milling machines or horizontal borers.
- Fanuc controls.
- Able to set one-off jobs.
- Programming skills.
- Measurement skills with manual equipment (dimensions and surface finish).
- Able to read engineering drawings.
