The Company
- MTrec are currently recruiting for a number of people for a position in the Gosforth area.
The Role
- Working in a very fast working environment
- Operate and oversee multiple production machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely throughout the production process
- Monitor production lines, maintain a consistent workflow and report any machinery issues, breakdowns or production delays to the appropriate supervisor
- Transporting materials around the factory
- Pick, pack, label and prepare finished products for storage or dispatch, ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- General duties within a specialist workshop environment
- Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on products, packaging and finished goods to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and tidy workstation, ensuring production areas remain safe and free from hazards
- Undertaking general workshop labouring tasks as required
- Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure products are manufactured, handled and packed consistently
- Following strict health and safety guidelines
