The Role you will be doing;
- Processing customer orders
- Deal with general queries and redirect to the appropriate department/colleagues where necessary
- Greet visitors
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- General administration tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning
- Communicating with clients and associates as and when required
- Paperwork/goods flow internal and external
- Enter and extract data from PEPs
- Submitting prescriptive orders and arranging deliver/collection to patient
- Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained xgikmsk
- Support the CS team as and when necessary
- Follow up on progress of orders within Manufacturing
About You;
- Previous customer service and administration experience is essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Strong communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
