Material Handler

The Company: We are currently seeking a (Material Handler) to play a key role in our production team. This hands-on role is critical to meeting our production plans and efficiency targets while upholding the highest standards in food safety, hygiene, and team performance. The Role: Ensure Health & Safety is embedded in all aspects of the role, following safe systems of work and enforcing PPE use. Lead and influence a team to meet production requirements and drive operational efficiency. Manage and support material handling operations including Batch Preparation (Full Bag / Part Bag / WIP) and Production (Mixing / Packing). Understand and communicate weekly plans and staffing allocations. Monitor hourly progress, providing updates to your line manager.
