The job you’ll do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls/email correspondence
- Process customer orders through internal record management systems.
- Manage customer expectations, advising on lead times, share product knowledge and alternatives available.
- Report and escalate customer queries to the Customer Service Team Leader as appropriate.
- Support other team members as and when required.
- Process orders
- Coordinate returns with the Warehouse
- Arrange private orders and take card payments
- Coordinate returns with the Warehouse and arrange replacements if required.
About you:
- Available for an immediate start
- Relevant recent experience in a similar customer-centric environment.
- Robust to receive challenging calls
- Able to deal with / manage and diffuse conflict via phone and email
- Basic problem-solving skills, and knowing when to escalate to CS Manager
- Proactive, not reactive - excellent account/order management skills
- Multitasking skills
- Has excellent communication skills, verbal and written
