MTrec is proudly representing a long-term client in its search for a capable and proactive Business Process & Software Analyst to join its growing IT team in Washington, Tyne & Wear.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse processes, improve systems and deliver software solutions that support the organisation's long-term objectives.
This is a hands-on role combining business systems analysis, SQL database development, ERP management, software integration, and project delivery. It would suit someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while identifying opportunities to improve how a business operates.
The Role You Will Be Doing
Business Systems Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyse business requirements and recommend appropriate software, hardware, and technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and system performance.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions.
SQL & Database Management
- Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Deliver data analysis and business intelligence solutions to support decision-making.
ERP Systems & Software Development
- Support, maintain and enhance ERP systems, including custom application development.
- Develop automation solutions to improve business processes.
- Maintain and administer key business systems, including Syspro (K3), Q-Pulse, Proficient, Microsoft 365 and Bartender Labelling Software. xgikmsk
