MTrec recruitment are assisting our long-standing manufacturing client in the search for an organised and dedicated warehouse coordinator. This is a day shift role and will require the successful applicant to hold a valid FLT licence.
The Job you will do:
- Receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching stock
- Supporting production by supplying materials on time
- Managing inventory and stock accuracy
- Investigating stock discrepancies and non-conformance issues
- Preparing orders and shipping paperwork
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Operating warehouse systems and handling equipment
- Coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, and auditors
- Monitoring equipment maintenance and waste management
- Meeting daily and weekly performance targets
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and environmental standards
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar role
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Be capable of working independently and managing their own workload
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role
- Hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have the legal right to work in the UK
