The Company: MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. They are looking for proactive individuals who are seeking a long-term position and can start within the next 7 working days.

The Role:

  • Attend pre-shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead.
  • Report any issues which may occur during the shift back to team leaders.
  • Oversee a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
  • Monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
  • Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Work in an environment with strong chemical smells.
  • Perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties, following the company's strict health and safety procedures.

The Person:

  • Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
  • Confidence on the job and readiness to take on more responsibility if necessary.
  • Must have a can-do attitude.
  • Must be flexible with shifts as overtime may be expected.
  • Experience in hygiene roles is preferred.
