The job you will do
- General upkeep and maintenance of the site and surrounding grounds
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety across all external areas
- Carrying out minor repairs as required
- Gardens & Landscaping
- Ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy and presentable
- Maintenance of office spaces and all operational areas
- Basic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring a safe and functional working environment
- Basic maintenance and monitoring of compound areas
- Supporting HVAC system checks and reporting issues
- Coordinating with specialist contractors when required
- Reporting faults or performance issues
- Interior and exterior painting
- General decorating and surface preparation
- Maintaining professional appearance of buildings and offices
- Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Addressing leaks, blockages, and minor fixture replacements

- You will have previous facilities or maintenance experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting

- Available for weekend or out of hours working if needed by the business
