The job you'll do
- File, update, and audit safety documents and risk assessments.
- Set up and monitor approved supplier and contractor databases.
- Log accidents, hazards, and near-misses in QHSE software.
- Compile statistical data for weekly or monthly KPIs.
- Assist with setting up health and safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and new hire safety inductions.
- Manage the ordering, distribution, and stock levels of PPE
- Help the QHSE team schedule internal and external audits.
- Log Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up with departments on resolving quality issues.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and take detailed minutes
About you
- Exposure to QHSE within engineering/manufacturing is highly desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Organised with good attention to detail
