An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring high standards across safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in the daily operations, working closely with both frontline staff and management to deliver consistent results and continuous improvement. Apply now for an immediate response!
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday AM (06:00- 14:00)
- Monday to Friday PM (14:00- 22:00)
The Job you will do:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve operational targets.
- Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.
- Conduct routine equipment and machinery checks to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and implement improvements in production processes.
- Monitor and report production output, maintaining accurate records and addressing any variances.
- Foster a team-oriented environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is essential.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Confident communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.
