The Company: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative / CNC Machine Operator to join our busy manufacturing team. You will play a key role in producing high-quality products, operating a variety of machinery, and maintaining excellent workplace standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a manufacturing or warehouse background, or anyone eager to learn new skills with full training provided. The Role: * Load and unload deliveries efficiently and safely * Repair and load pallets as required * Work collaboratively as part of a busy production team * Maintain a positive working environment and support good team morale * Produce high-quality products in line with customer demand and specifications * Uphold excellent housekeeping standards across the workplace * Operate machinery including Beamsaw, Continual Cycle Press, Edge Bander, Calibrating Sander, Cross Cut Saw, and various hand tools/calibrated equipment (training provided) * Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines * Pay close attention to detail in all tasks * Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and visitors * Be flexible with daily duties and task rotations The Person: * Ideally from a manufacturing or warehouse background (training provided) * Willingness to learn and show genuine interest in the role * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential * Proficiency in materials handling and machinery operation (training provided) * Experience using hand tools/power tools (training provided) * Competency in basic maths for measurements and calculations * Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team The Benefits: * Competitive starting pay with opportunity to increase after 12 weeks * Overtime available * Full training provided on machinery and processes * Supportive and positive work environment * Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate The Hours: * 07:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday * (Some flexibility required between 06:00 and 20:00; overtime available The Pay: * Β£12.21 Per Hour (Reviewed after the probation period) * Weekly Pay
