MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Durham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.
The Role:
- Receiving incoming goods and checking deliveries against paperwork to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Moving, storing, and organising stock safely within the warehouse.
- Picking and packing products accurately to meet customer and production requirements.
- Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and staging orders.
- Operating forklift trucks and other material handling equipment safely where trained and licensed.
- Updating stock levels using warehouse management systems or scanners.
- Carrying out regular stock checks and supporting stocktakes as required.
- Loading and unloading vehicles in line with site procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across the warehouse.
- Adhering strictly to health & safety procedures, including PPE and manual handling guidelines.
- Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment issues promptly.
The Person:
- Warehouse Experience
- Manufacturing understanding
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably has used warehousing software previously
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Ability to take & follow instructions

- Training Hours will be 08:00am to 16:30pm, £12.21 Per Hour. You will then move onto continental shift rotations.
- 4 on 4 off 06:00 – 18:00
- 18:00 – 06:00

- £12.21 per hour during first few weeks training
- £15.26 Per hour on shifts
