MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing company in the Newton Aycliffe area. They are looking for a Production Operative with a strong knowledge of the production environment and the health and safety processes within it.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Daily meetings with the production department
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Working in the grinding bay
- Helping in other sections when needed
- To help prioritise workloads within the department and production
- Following engineering drawing and diagrams
- Should have working knowledge working in a production environment
- Maintain the company's health & safety standards at all times
The Candidate:
- Must have a positive can-do attitude
- Must be physically fit
- Will be lifting up to 15kg in weight
- Must pass a drugs test
The Shifts:
- 06:45am - 15:30pm
- 15:15pm - 01:15am
- Also looking at doing 12 hours in the future
- Must be flexible to do any shifts
The Salary: Β£12.21 + shift allowance
