Our client is a market leading manufacturing company due to a sustained period of growth they are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter.
The Role
- Will initially be on a six month contract; there is a potential to be made permanent thereafter.
- To work on planned and breakdown maintenance on a range of machinery associated with production.
- Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown work on production equipment.
- To diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
- To minimise any down time to production.
- Working day shift system.
The Person
- You will ideally be time served.
- Multi Skilled with a mechanical bias.
- Logical problem solver with excellent fault-finding abilities.
- Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
- Have knowledge of manufacturing.
