Your New Role.

Responsible for analysing marketing performance data to help a business improve lead generation, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and overall commercial performance. Here are the main responsibilities typically involved:

  • Interpret large volumes of customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for senior management and sales teams.
  • Measure ROI and effectiveness of marketing activity and recommend improvements based on data insights.
  • Support lead generation activity by analysing customer behaviour, conversion rates, and campaign engagement.
