Due to continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our industrial recruitment team by recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow relationships with a range of industrial clients throughout the region.

Your main duties will include:

  • Developing a strong understanding of the client’s recruitment briefs to ensure a robust recruitment process is implemented.
  • Supporting the recruitment teams in a range of search assignments to identify the best talent for various job vacancies.
  • Providing high level candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
  • Completing telephone screening and interviewing processes to ensure clients receive the best candidates on the market.
  • Collating KPI information for weekly reporting.
  • Supporting in the analysis of data.
  • Completing a range of recruitment admin duties.
  • Ensuring all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system.
  • Organising new starter inductions and training.
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times.

About you:

  • Possess a strong desire to forge a career in the recruitment industry.
  • Previous sales, office or customer service experience would be ideal though not essential.
  • Motivated by achievement, results, progression, self-improvement, growth, and positivity.
  • A naturally solutions orientated person.
