The Company: MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Chilton area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position. The role will be full-time looking to go permanent after a successful probation period.
The Role:
- Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead
- Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Overseeing and operating press machinery
- Use of measuring equipment; verniers, protractor, set square
- Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process
- Maintaining quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Quality checking products for defects
- Manual handling and heavy lifting duties, follow companies strict health and safety procedures
The Person:
- Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract
- A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
- Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
- Someone with a can-do attitude

Training Period: 08:00am to 17:00pm initially on 12.21 until fully trained. Moving onto after training: 06:00am to 14:30pm.
