MTrec Ltd's engineering client is recruiting a permanent Lead Plant Engineer to lead diagnostics on heavy plant equipment and provide hands-on technical leadership.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, mentor junior staff, and travel to customer sites in the North East as required.

NVQ Level 3+ in a relevant discipline is preferred, with fabrication knowledge a bonus.
