- MTrec are currently recruiting for a number of people for a position in the Jarrow area.
The Role
- Working in a very fast working environment
- Carrying out general workshop duties to support production
- Sanding and preparing wooden components
- General duties within a specialist workshop environment
- Operation of a variety of machinery including cutting products
- Assisting with sub-assembly and building of products
- Completing quality assurance paperwork
- Undertaking general workshop labouring tasks as required
- Following general health and safety guidelines
The Person
- Should be able to carry out repetitive tasks on a daily basis
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Robust with an ability to perform productivity tasks
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
