MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production and assembly.
The Job You'll Do
- Assemble electronic circuit boards and perform soldering tasks in line with production drawings
- Inspect and test PCB assemblies and final products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Carry out final system assembly, including populating PCBs, general hand assembly and packaging in a clean environment
- Accurately pack finished units, prepare for dispatch, and support stock management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with ISO9001, IPC610, and J‑STD standards
About You
- Ideally, possess experience in an electrical assembly facility or manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills required.
- Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
