The Role
- Will be a fast moving, hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes content, understands what performs online and wants to work around luxury brands.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, scheduling and publishing daily content across social media channels. This will include short-form videos on products and reactive content based on current trends and opportunities.
- You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will set the wider content direction, campaign priorities and brand strategy. Your responsibility will be to take that direction and turn it into consistently strong, engaging and professionally executed content.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging daily short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Editing and Production:
- Edit videos quickly and to a consistently high standard. Add suitable captions, graphics, music, subtitles and platform-specific formatting.
Publishing and Scheduling:
- Schedule and publish content across all social media channels.
Social Media Performance:
- Maintain a strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform behaviour and emerging formats. Monitor content performance and identify what is driving reach, engagement, enquiries and audience growth.

- The person will be degree qualified or hold experience in a relevant field and role.
- You will naturally notice trends, sounds, formats and cultural moments before they become overused.
- You will understand why certain videos perform and be able to apply those principles without copying content that does not suit the brand.
- You will be energetic, commercially aware and comfortable working in an environment where plans can change quickly.
