MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced Commercial Assistant who is bilingual in French and English to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The Role you will be doing:

  • To liaise between Clients/Freelancer
  • To contact customers in relation to payment inquiries
  • Enter data into the company software
  • To issue, track, process and complete invoices
  • Resolving any issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process to billing of the client.
  • The commercial assistant works under the supervision of a manager. Although working under supervision, he or she must possess the ability to work independently.

About You:

  • Must be Fluent in French and English
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Analytical thinking, working under pressure, coping with tight deadlines and very good problem-solving skills are required
  • Very good organisational skills
