MTrec Ltd is seeking an exceptional Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of our manufacturing operation. This hands-on role requires close involvement with production, people and machinery to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
You will plan, coordinate labour and machine capacity for a team of around 15 production staff, drive continuous improvement, and report KPIs while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
