Forklift Driver

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Durham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\n * Unloading and loading vehicles, picking stock and putting away materials and finished goods in the correct location.\\n\\n * You will ensure all thermoforming and extrusion lines are adequately serviced/replenished with materials.\\n\\n * You will ensure goods delivered by suppliers are checked against delivery notes and are recorded accurately.\\n\\n * Returning materials to the warehouse post production ensuring material is securely wrapped, labelled and transferred to the correct location using the company’s stock control system.\\n\\n * As Warehouse Operative you will complete stock checks and cycle counts updating the system accurately.\\n\\n * As a Warehouse Operative you will be working with your team to maintain a clean, safe working area.\\n\\nThe Person:\\n\\n * Counterbalance licence is essential\\n\\n * Warehouse Experience\\n\\n * Manufacturing understanding\\n\\n * Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably has used warehousing software previously\\n\\n * Good verbal communication skills\\n\\n * Strong work ethic and team player\\n\\n * Ability to take & follow instructions\\n\\nThe Benefits:\\n\\n * Ongoing vacancy in a busy industry\\n\\n * Overtime available\\n\\nThe Hours:\\n\\nTraining Hours will be 08:00am to 16:30pm, £12.21 Per Hour\\n\\nYou will then move onto continental shift rotations\\n\\n * 4 on 4 off\\n\\n * 06:00 – 18:00\\n\\n * 18:00 – 06:00\\n\\nThe Pay:\\n\\n * £12.21 per hour during first few weeks training\\n\\n * £15.26 Per hour on shifts
