Will manage a consistent, competent and customer focused team, always prioritising customer needs ensuring clear communication for the customer. Oversee day to day performance of the team. Maintain compliance with defined KPI’s and drive performance against key metrics. Provide coaching, training and reviews. Manage customer experience and resolve issues while liaising with a range of departments.

  • Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and team.
