MTrec recruitment are proudly representing our industry-leading client in their recruitment for a skilled electrician. This is a day shift position, and experience within heavy industry is essential.

The Job you will do:

  • Carry out Electrical Engineering Maintenance work on all Electrical Services, Systems, Plant, and Equipment (Planned and Breakdown)
  • Conduct Electrical Installation works in compliance with current regulations
  • Assist with the loading/unloading of cargoes, including operating plant & equipment
  • Be flexible and available for shifts and weekend work as required

About you:

  • You will be a time served electrician with a minimum of an NVQ in an electrical field
  • Ideally you will have an 18th edition, however, this is not essential
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and installation procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A full driving licence
