The Role you will be Doing

Monitor the supply chain ensuring timely delivery to the customer or presenting alternative solutions

Analyse and mitigate risk

Process orders according to contract specifications

Operate as the focal point of contact for matters specific to your customers

Digest and organise data to prepare regular customer reporting
About You

Excellent communicator who is analytical and detail oriented

Must be able to work independently using sound judgment in decision processes.

The individual will spend all of their time in a busy office environment, using standard office equipment.

Maintaining the utmost accuracy and utilising problem-solving skills daily.

Completing deadlines, resolving problems, and organisation of multiple tasks

GCSE or equivalent, but Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) preferred

Aerospace Background and Fastener Product Knowledge preferred but not essential

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Basic competency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Power Point

Strong analytical skills

The ability to work as part of a tea
