The Job You'll Do:

  • Management of a small quality team (4-5 direct reports)
  • Prepare KPIs and generate monthly quality report
  • Lead a cross-functional morning meeting with Production, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Purchasing, Planning
  • Manage and co-ordinate quality assurance function
  • Promote actions for the continuous improvement of the product and process quality indicators, improving workers' knowledge in identifying the root causes inherent to the qualitative aspects through the use of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
  • Analysis of qualitative data and formulation of proposals
