We are supporting their recruitment by recruiting a permanent Manufacturing Technician to join their team. A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with small engineering projects. This role will be working 6 am-2 pm / 11 am-7 pm, Monday to Friday (39 hours per week) The job you’ll do: * Manage and action all activities required of the on-site service. * Apply and change lubricants and fluids to agreed planned maintenance schedules * Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using our company in-house system. * Manage waste streams to safe off-site disposal * Customer liaison and assisting in meetings * Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety. About you: * You will have a proven background within the manufacturing or engineering sector. * A strong communicator, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service * You may be from a machine operating background, where you have set up, stripped, cleaned and reassembled equipment. * You will be a team player and take a collaborative approach to project work. * You will be IT literate and confident in the use of various systems. * Health and Safety conscious, with a strong focus on maintaining the highest standards within the workplace
