The Company
Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader.
The Role
- Will be working 3 shifts; the salary advertised is for this rotation and overtime is additional.
- You will lead the warehouse team to deliver an efficient warehouse operation in line with company policy.
- The role requires both strong leadership and a hands-on approach; in addition to supervising the team, you will also work alongside them in day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure performance, productivity and standards are consistently achieved.
- Manage the warehouse space to receive, replenish, pick, and dispatch products in line with the agreed timeframe.
- Manage a team of Warehouse Operatives.
The Person
- Must have previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader.
- FLT licence (counterbalance).
- Understanding of warehouse operations including goods in, storage, stock control, picking and dispatch.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
