The role will be working from the business state of the art manufacturing site based in the Stoke on Trent area, and will provide crucial a R&D service, within a small team of lab-based professionals.\\n\\nApply now for an immediate response!\\n\\nThe Job You Will Do:\\n\\n * Working cross-functionally with R&D, Product Safety, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Compliance, Sales, and Product Management\\n\\n * Innovating ideas and applying chemical technologies to advance product development\\n\\n * Identifying and resolving customer needs to add value\\n\\n * Supporting lifecycle management of the product portfolio, including introduction, obsolescence, change control, optimisation, and raw material evaluation/validation\\n\\n * Maintaining bills of materials, quality control specifications, and manufacturing recipes within an ERP system\\n\\n * Sample preparation and shipment\\n\\n * Development and documentation of laboratory methods\\n\\n * Conducting benchmarking activities\\n\\n * Collaborating within regional and centralised organisational structures\\n\\n * Supporting risk management related to customer and internal processes (e.g. FMEA)\\n\\n * Adhering to good documentation practice, good laboratory practice, data integrity principles, and company standards and policies\\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\n * Ideally You will have 10+ Years experience of working in lab-based environments within a senior R&D Capacity.\\n\\n * Experienced developer of water-based metal working fluids would be an advantage\\n\\n * SAP working knowledge\\n\\n * Good understanding and interpretation of chemical regulations.\\n\\n * Minimum BSc Degree – Suitable candidates with a STEM degree would be considered
